Viola Elkins, Hip Hop Dancer , Teacher and Choreographer is the Artistic Director for Culture Shock Chicago, a professional hip-hop company based in Chicago Illinois. She is also the creative founder of The R.A.G.E. Project (The Rhythm and Groove Exchange Project). Viola has worked and toured with several well known musicians, and teaches at several locations
