If you ordered directly through this web site and are unhappy with your prints or gifts, Smugmug, my printing partner, will reprint or refund your order, whichever you prefer.
Simply send an email to help@smugmug.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you ordered directly from Brandolino Imaging (outside the web site order form) I will also have your order reprinted or I will refund your order, whichever you prefer. However, you will need to contact Brandolino Imaging directly through the Contact Bi page.

Please Note: My print partner, Smugmug, uses several professional labs renowned for their color accuracy, print quality and consistency, but unless I have chosen the color correction option for the gallery (or you have added it to the order when available), no adjustments to your chosen photos are made. This option gives a much more precise image color, but does add additional costs to the order.
